I get questions about whether by using theTRAFFICplan as a training and list building
resource, people are building THEIR lists, or not. And that issue is a little bit deeper that
what it at first seems.

First of all… is your list YOUR list? And even if it is… a list is worthless!
Whoa, didn’t expect that from me, right? This post and video explains what I mean by
that…

There is some information you may not be aware of about theTRAFFICplan or how it works that may
help you in your thinking process about it…

First off, I’ve been marketing online full time over 8 years and have made significant income through
that time.

The #1 importance in online marketing is in building your own list… but not only
that… it’s even more important to build relationships of trust with your list by delivering valuable content and being transparent.

It’s the relationship with your list that holds them to you. People receive thousands of email messages
every day asking them to opt in here and opt in there…

And now in addition to that, they go and follow everybody on twitter and facebook… youtube and
a whole host of social networking sites…

There is NOTHING that can be done to protect or shield “your” list… they are not “our” list… we
do not own them… not anymore…

even more important than a mere collection of capture pages…

Having a massive list is completely worthless these days unless you’re building a relationship with
them.

Without the support and leverage of a SYSTEM to help you do this… you have to do it all by yourself.

presence and the systems built already to leverage… you don’t stand a chance… unless you can reinvent the wheel well and fast.

Just measure your results. And test. If you don’t make money it’s PURELY because your own

way… and it’s pretty simple.

The problem is that many people ask me to “teach them” but they end up telling me how it should be
