c.) Follow, Engage and “Dale Carnegie” with other Niche Influencer’s posts. Consistent engagement attracts people to you.

d.) Facebook Graph Search

6.) Have a KILLER offer for when they show up and ask such as Free Marketing System + Free Marketing Training Center and Conference Calls, Hangouts, Webinars and Videos. Use these things like good retailers use “samples” and give them away. It works for Costco and the music industry and it’ll work for you too.

7.) Power of Edification and The Law of Reciprocity. Edify others and they’ll edify you. How to leverage edification to help attract more people to you.

Here’s some tips on posting on your facebook wall so that when those new people you network with or those coming from cold advertising find you, they’ll land inside a location created so that they can get to learn about you, get to know you, like you and trust  you enough to want to flow through your information.

1. Cover pic and Profile pic descriptions.

2. About Section with contact info and invites to your “lead magnet” offers and links.

3. Niche relevant training tip posts

4. Personal development shares and good quality posts.

5. Personal traveling around posts. Show them a bit of who you are and your life.

6. Invitation pics to your team events (conference calls, hangouts, videos etc).

7. Celebration posts showing teammates growing and seeing success.

By sprinkling some of the above kind of posts on your wall, when people show up to “check you out” or “get to know you” they’ll find good, positive stuff and many invites to flow through your marketing process without you having to personally pitch them. This works to foster sales with or WITHOUT personal contact.

It helps them to feel as if they already know you.

Do this well and do it consistently and mix in the advertising, prospecting, facebook hustle and traffic and you can create sales easier and more consistent than most of the industry.
