My Upline Does Not Support Me

You hear this often?

People instantly using this old tired excuse for NOT
learning, not being resourceful, not thinking and not
taking the right actions to move their business forward?

Can you imagine this type of defeatist, dependent, victim
mentality in a Real Estate office, Insurance Agency or any
other sales and marketing team?

They would be LAUGHED and KICKED out of the business.

Yet, in “network marketing” – it sometimes seems as if
every one is given the “Little Black Book of Victimhood
and CoDependence” and many people just waste tons
of time “whining away” and finally hop, jump, change or
quit…

Why is that?

Do real entrepreneurs and real motivated marketing
and sales people act like this anywhere else in business?

Isn’t that odd?

Here’s some solutions…

Barnes and Noble,
Amazon,
Nightingale Conant…

Your company’s conf calls, rec audios and industry trainers…

It’s 2011! You’re in SALES and MARKETING and
you are supposedly an ENTREPRENEUR…

SUPPORT YOURSELF!

As long as you believe yourself dependent on
OTHER PEOPLE to support you…

you will continue to lose. Big Time!

You think Muhammad Ali, Babe Ruth,
Oprah or Bono ran around crying about
their upline not “supporting” them… get over it…

and be resourceful.

Support yourself.

Learn sales and marketing and move your
business forward in spite of it all.

Sales and Marketing.
Business.
Free Enterprise.
Entrepreneurship.
Social Media Marketing.

There is no “oh please help me upline” in
a real marketer’s dictionary.

A real entrepreneur’s far too busy figuring
out what their target market wants and needs…

A real marketer is far too focused on serving
their existing clients and prospects…

A real sales person is constantly out in the
field meeting new like minded strangers and
turning them into friends…

Buy a couple good sales books.
Read a couple good leadership books.
Visit Nightingale/Conant online and buy some courses.

And for the love of all that’s good in the world
of free enterprise…

STOP WHINING ABOUT YOUR SPONSOR!

Build your business. Find your customers.
SERVE THEM. Be the sponsor yours is not.

But whining won’t save your world.

So true Franco you just have to take control and learn some skills and go forward not back. Great post so many people quit because of an upline instead of figuring out how to move forward.
