Traditional Selling Is Not The Answer….Attraction Marketing Is…

Traditional selling has many methods that have been used over the years. Cold calls and advertising to find leads are two ways that most network marketers use. First, you qualify those leads, usually based on people's urgency to buy or sell and their ability to qualify for a loan. You then do your presentation to demonstrate how superior your service, product, and/or company is than any of the rest.
Prospects resist selling, and distributors/representatives are trained to be more persistent and to push harder. In order to convince prospects to join you, you might have to work hard on overcoming their questions and objections.
The trouble with selling is that the more you sell the more people resist it. Selling doesn't work as well as it used to, today most people dislike selling and salesmen. Most people don't like the feeling of being sold to and they don't like selling to others. They are sick and tired of all those objection-handling techniques, cold calls and other interruptions, advertising, prospecting and rejection. The slicker you are the more likely they will resist you…
Why? Most of us realize that we are empowered individuals, and are more sensitive to manipulation. We have more choices today than we used to have, and most of us prefer to do business only with those who care about us and who make the process of buying pleasurable, even fun.
What's the good news? People like to Buy! Even people who hate to be sold, like to buy…if the shopping experience is not uncomfortable or pushy. How do you sell a product or service without selling? Attract them with your knowledge and information, by doing so, you are allowing them to find ways to trust you.
