List Building is the heart of of success in internet marketing. And most people are horrible at it. Some people completely over analyze everything. Other people assume they know “marketing” and proceed to spam or use hyped up desperation tactics in their marketing that repels others…

3. I build my list.
4. I follow up. Human touch. Important. Return your calls as much as you can. Return your emails. Be authentic and real and genuine. They are normal people and so are you. The internet is full of hype, fakeness and lies and pretenders. People have uncanny perception… and they sniff out a fake a mile away…
Use blogs, articles, emails and video to deliver valuable content which builds credibility, trust and rapport. Invite your prospects to call or email you with questions…
5. Promote a starter program that is low cost and accessible to the masses so you can generate some up front cash and build a list of BUYERS!!! Most people miss this. And they fail to stay in business long term.
Most people will NOT join your primary program. Deal with it. But why leave so much money on the table by not offering your hot prospects something they can access for less?
6.Use a simple 3 Step Process to discipline your sales system:

Here’s what you do to get opt ins from free list building sites:
1. Write ads offering free targeted traffic, free traffic generation training, or both…
2. Direct traffic to your BlazingList site… which promotes your PowerProspecting link on the back end… That traffic will go viral… there is some great ad copy in the back office “training site” of BlazingList that pulls well…
3. By getting the upgrade to BlazingList, and hooking it up to Aweber, you’re building your own list!! Then you can invite them to Power Prospecting System to get free training on how to really succeed with online marketing…. you do that by writing some emails in your aweber account for the BlazingList database… use the content that you learn from the Power Prospecting training back office audios…
4. Now you’ve just generated leads from a free list builder by offering free traffic… they become a hotter lead by getting into your PPS to get some free training…
5. You’ve made money probably a couple times from BlazingList upgrades and also sales of the funded proposal in PPS… and your emails go out every day on autopilot from PPS, inviting your prospects to buy more stuff, learn more stuff or visit your primary program to make big money…
At this stage they are the HOTTEST leads in the industry… you can then feel confident calling them to THANK THEM for their purchase… and ask them if they need ANY help in making money online… you can very well get them to see how organized your own business is and they’ll want to learn more from you… and you’d be happy to work directly with them… IF they join you in your primary program…
And that’s how this “System” comes full circle…
You can then use this same approach to target network marketers and existing online marketers in other free list building sites or in ezines, blog comments, video comments, myspace and facebook comments, messages and bulletins and in your own blog, and in the discussion forums… see what I mean???
Offering free traffic and real online marketing tactics and training is the BEST offers you can make to build a targeted, responsive list… it’s always worked the best for me…
So many people waste the advertising spaces with blatant pitches for their programs… it’s ineffective mostly… but it’s ok… just puts you head and shoulders above the rest…
Be sure to take action on this plan of attack. Don’t hesitate. There are tons of list builders out there you can use… and specially social networking sites and blogs and video sites… this information is enough for you to build a nice big list… I took this same concept and applied in ONLY in discussion forums (blogs, myspace, videos and facebook were not popular when I started) and built a SUPER valuable rolodex and relationships that I’ve leveraged later to make tens of thousands of dollars…

The Twitter community is a great way to incorporate your list building techniques. Time magazine says, “Twitter is on the way to becoming the next killer ap.” Well, it’s no longer ‘on the way’, it is the next killer ap.
What’s Twitter? Twitter is a free online connectivity service that takes advantage of mobile phone text messaging as well as traditional chat style communication. Sounds simple, right? It is. Twitter is an application originally meant to post short, stream-of-consciousness messages between friends. “I’m getting on the subway now, the crowd is huge.” – that sort of thing. But, like all things net, it has morphed past the original intended purpose.
If you looking at finding ways to make money online, particularly in affiliate marketing, list building must be your number one goal. Build a large subscriber list and you’ll have a money tap that you can turn on and off for life. Your number one goal online must be to build your own list. There are two ways to build a list. The Slow Way and the Fast Way… I recommend building your list fast.
Every online business has the goal of providing great customer service. Afterall, a satisfied customer is a happy customer. And a happy customer is a returning customer, and is a promoter of your products or services. This could potentially generate more revenue for your business.
As your website grows in popularity, you want to make sure that you create opportunities for your visitors to sign up for your newsletter or email list. List Building is important to the longevity of your Internet business.
Relying only on drop-in sales is not a good business option. Building a loyal customer basis should be your primary goal. Subscribers can quit at anytime, but, knowing that and providing good quality content will keep most subscribers on your list.
With an opt-in list you can email your list whenever you want. Preparing good useful information will keep your subscribers waiting for more information from you. You have to be on the alert to keep your subscribers happy and satisfied.
Be creative in your promotional materials. Keep one step ahead of your subscribers. Research the current things people are searching for. Stay one step ahead of your subscribers by having new things and ideas to share with them. Write informational and easily digestible articles. Write an ebook related to your niche and give it away to your subscribers. Use your experience and expertise to help other people by giving away manuals and resource guides to your subscribers. Allow your subscribers to give away your ebook as long as they don’t change the original content and they keep all links intact. This is called Attraction Marketing .
Offer special discounts for your product to your subscribers list. Offer freebies once in a while. But don’t overdo it. Lots of mail marketers make the fatal mistake of flooding their mailing list with information that is not valuable or has been overused.
