I have been BUSY…

Preparing my business for a very
productive 2012 and here’s how:
1. I wrote down my new goals for 2012.
2. I wrote and refined my visualizations
and my affirmations that I will focus on
and repeat like an utter lunatic daily all
year long…
why?
Because when I finally got off my fat ass
and did that this time last year… EVERY
SINGLE ONE OF THEM CAME TRUE.
(no pie in the sky stuff either, very real
and doable, albeit aggressive goals and
mindset tweaks to elevate my own game)
3. With my mind on straight, I then looked
at my post cards and refined one for 2012.
I’ll add it to my main “producer” and run
with two for a straight year like I did last year.
4. My “Mobile Classifieds” and Drop Cards
will remain unchanged, I’ll just choose to be
more assertive in using them.
5. Ezine Solo Ads are written and ready for
the WHOLE year (I’ve learned to use two
or three over and over and not stress out
about writing new ones each time. Repetition)
6. Notice 1 – 5 are all direct response and
pieces of marketing I can control. Critical.
No “slaps” or banned accounts. Direct to source.
7. I physically wrote down my facebook
battle plan and NO, it doesn’t contain any
PPC or paid ads… screw that… I don’t believe
the hype and have heard they are non responsive
to 99.9% of people dropping benjamins on them.
It’s also a pain in the ass to keep begging facebook
to approve them. No need for that. Diversified.
But my PRO-ACTIVE “bait linking” and
Power-Linking plan of attack is DOCUMENTED
so I’ll hit the ground running like a maniac
with his hair on fire all over facebook and not
have to wonder what to do “today” …
8. Finally… with all that documented and
planned and ready to flow without any
thinking or stressing, I’m ready to focus on
my GRAND WEAPON of MASS ATTRACTION…

This is where I thank my lucky stars
that the psycho hippy in Costa Rica found
an Alcoholic Carpenter and created

9. I’ve identified 4 main keyword niches
to focus on that are low or “so-so” competition
with good decent traffic. And I know exactly
what I’m writing and how I’m back linking.
To my 4 or 5 “Money Pieces” which I already
wrote. All they need is back links… muahahaha!
10. I’ve also identified EXACTLY to a “T”
2-3 more HIGH competition (but super juicy traffic)
keywords that I’ll be “doing the tortoise” dance on
ALL YEAR LONG CONSISTENTLY WITHOUT
FAIL and by the skin of my chinny chin chin…
I WILL be ranking page 1 by the year’s end
because it’s pure, authentic and organic how
I’m going to go about it. No crazy wild “tricks”
that can be slapped away by “THE GOOGLE.”
I’ve already (during this holiday time) written
a dog pile of “support articles” that I’ll tweak
and spin into HUNDREDS of articles to support
my “money pieces” with an ever increasing amount
of back links…
I’m ready for the long haul stuff…
I’m ready for the immediate traffic and leads…
I”m ready for the social network prospecting leads…
My business is ready to kick some serious ass.

People ask me all the time “how does this work?”
“I just joined 4 days ago and I”m not rich yet…?”
“Is this legit?”
“How fast can I make my money back?”
And you just have to chuckle man.
People want to celebrate their touchdowns on
the very first play of the very first game…
without ever putting in any time in the gym
or on the track.
Quick TRUE STORY:
The NBA had an employee lock out for months
and during the labor dispute all the (millionaire)
“professional” athletes were on their own.
No organized or structured training or practice.
Their organizations trusted them to be professionals
and do their own workouts and be in game shape
for when the season started…
The Dallas Mavericks had just won the championship…
They were sitting high atop the mountain of triumph…
And apparently they thought all they had to do
was “show up” and their magical powers and
talent would take over…
In their second game of the season the camera
focused in on one MILLIONAIRE “professional”
athlete on the bench…
He had to take himself off the court and
BEG his coach for a replacement…
NOBODY was hanging around near him…
Because he was too busy VOMITING…
PUKING his guts out…
Because he is SO OUT OF SHAPE
and NOT ready to be on the court!
On camera, and in front of millions on
TV and 25,000 fans in the arena…
He was stinking up the place barfing
on the floor and into towels…
Because he thought “success” was a given.
He somehow thought he was ENTITLED
TO IT simply because he showed up in uniform.

Success is a tough lady.
Talk about playing “hard to get!”
If you’re not working during the “off season”
and then refining what you think you know
on a daily basis… she will DUMP YOU
and make you look SILLY on a moment’s
notice…
EVEN if you think you’re already a champion.
EVEN IF you’ve been a “BADASS! somewhere else…
You must plan.
You must strategize.
You must make the mistakes.
You must execute the repetitions.
No other way around it.
But when you’re disciplined…
And when you’re organized…
And when you’re “battle tested” from
the daily “in the trenches” battling you
do to take your bruises, make your mistakes
and refine your strengths…
She takes you out to dinner… and it’s party time!
And it feels like the easiest thing you’ve ever done.
You just flow like Bruce Lee…
No stress…
Like water…
But you have to put in the work FIRST.
And the work is 1000% MENTAL first.
No half stepping…
You will not fool Success…

Henry Ford is one “Bad Dude.”
He can teach you how to create
some real freedom in your work
and in your life if you pay attention.
Now, back in the day…
It was ROUGH on the common guy
and the entrepreneur. If you wanted
something built, you literally had to
build it all yourself. Piece by piece.
And attend to your clients.
And manage your employees.
And work on your promotion.
And answer the phone.
And reply to letters.
And hone your skills in your trade.
And clean the shop.
And create your own tools.
And meet your deadlines.
And do all this while “having a life.”
And many people didn’t (have a life)…
But Henry was a “gangster” – so slick…
With no formal education whatsoever…
He was able to see the world through a
“non-institutionalized” mind.
Nice and clean.
Pure authentic vision and the curiosity
of a child. Mix those things together with
a burning desire to create something that
would build more freedom and leverage
into your life and what did Henry do?
He basically invented business as a
“Duplicable System” and he went on
to become one of the wealthiest and
most powerful people on the planet.
And he brought tremendous value to
his customers and elevated their standard
of living.
Back then very few could afford a stubborn
mule… let alone a “Motor Coach!”
Henry’s thinking, vision and systemization
allowed people who would never have been able
to afford it…
…the luxury of owning their own motor coach
at an affordable price. And now they could
zip around town with a little more freedom.
His “SYSTEM” and his VISION served
the masses.
You have to understand too, back in these days
people thought Henry’s concept HAD to be
a total scam!
“WE DO NOT NEED IT!”
“It’ll NEVER work!”
“What about the poor horse merchants??
You’re putting them out of business! How
horrible and greedy!”
“Impossible!”
“That’s not legal!”
Society didn’t have the vision for what
Henry dreamed up in his head.
But Ford built it anyway.
They couldn’t see the value he was bringing.
Their mindset was fixed on the program of
“the past” and they couldn’t see past their own
noses.
Henry Ford basically created the business SYSTEM.
And soon after, his thinking and his concept
was applied to basically every single other
niche in industry, business, manufacturing
and even marketing…
And Henry didn’t have to be there in the garage
building every single car the market demanded.
He didn’t have to do it “one on one” because
his system did it for him.
This created more freedom for Henry Ford
to focus on his passions and to be able to
scale his business up.
Many people today ask me why I do
what I do… the way I do it.
It’s simple.
If the vision and the goal is to create:
1. Freedom in life.
2. Systematic Cashflow.
Then how can you not pay attention to
the progress available at your finger tips
with the internet, and home based entrepreneurial
systems.
How can you not follow in Henry Ford’s
footsteps and apply what he created over
100 years ago… to your life today?
Ignoring something so obvious just doesn’t
make sense. And so as I sit here typing this
little article… at “Gramma’s” house…

main intention for doing what I do.
20 years ago when I first got into
this industry we all still had some
viable options and it was a completely
different world.
But 2-3 years ago the world blew up.
And it’s never going to be the same.
Ever.
But most people (even the ones you
see protesting in the street) have absolutely
NO CLUE about WHY these dominoes
keep falling and how what’s happened
in Greece, Italy, Libya (gold theft) and about to happen
in Iran… most have no clue that they are
ALL RELATED and organized events.
And now it’s slamming into Europe.
And we’re next.
Look, I’ll tell you right now, I already
have my plan and have consolidated
everything I do into a strategic plan of
action…
My intention is to try and communicate,
reach out and help as many of the masses
as possible.
I’m not going to “sell” you a darn thing.
There is literally no time for that bull shit.
I’m simply sharing information that
people need to understand.
And no…
This is not a “biz op”
And I’m not “promoting it”
And I don’t really care that you join or buy
or whatever… it’s actually VERY VERY
EXPENSIVE anyway…

The CORE of success in THOSE “skills” will
be having EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
and PERSUASION SKILLS.
That will be worth MORE TO YOU than just
about anything else and it’s what most people
in this industry RUN AWAY FROM which is
about the most stupid thing you can ever do.
You should instead Embrace it.
That will set you free and give you control of
your life… and the ability to help others.
You can NOT help ANYONE if you’re just
rolled up in the fetal position like a coward without
having and OWNING any confidence
and skill sets. Period.
So anyway…
I’m posting about how we’re helping
people NOW with a MAJOR SENSE OF
URGENCY to develop those golden

I know you have people in this world
that you LOVE and would do anything for…

Here’s my mindset about this all…
It is my RESPONSIBILITY in life to
try, do, work and effect as much positive
change as I humanly can to leave this world
a better place for my kids.
PERIOD.
My RESPONSIBILITY.
I simply will NOT lay down like a coward
and just say it was someone else’s fault that
the world went to hell… during MY WATCH.
That’s why I promote the funky stupid,
weird home based concepts that I do…
I’ll try and do anything to do my best
to figure out different options for THEM.
There HAS TO BE a better, cleaner,
more progressive and sustainable way
to help people live better lives…
The old system is broken…
It’s been a gigantic ponzi pyramid…
It’s been a racket that govts and corps
screwed us with…
And now its time to pay THEIR bills…
And they want to stuff the bill down our
throats…
I say “F” YOU! to that, you corrupt bunch of idiots!
Their “system” is a racket.
That’s why I feel that our answer is to
ban together and create our own system.
They come to US and take our money.
They need our money.
Govts need our money (taxes).
Arrogant, Corrupt Global Banks need our money (interest rates).
Greedy Multi National Corporations Need our money (all the crap we buy).
And we so easily give it to THEM.
And look at all the power they build with it?
To pay for their wars
To pay for their financial games
To “bail out” greedy banks and billionaires
I say why not use that and keep that power
TO OURSELVES AND GET FREE!
They’ve figured out what Alexis deToqueville
wrote back in the 1700s when he said:
“The America Republic will last until
their congress realizes that they can
bribe the public with the public’s own money…”
And that’s exactly what we’ve
been doing as they have rocked
us to sleep with “entertainment”…
We sit and watch TV as they steal our
children’s future and plunder the world
and kill people… with our own money.
It’s time we take some of that back
and work together to stop this insanity.
I’ll give you this… even just 5 years ago
most people would say this was all a bunch
of insane rhetoric…
But look around today…
This is just common sense now.
The question is…
Are you going to be a coward about
it and pretend to be an ostrich and
stick your head in the sand?
Or are you going to rise to the
challenge of your time and do
what you can so that your children
after you can look back and KNOW
that you gave it all you could.

ELEVATION GROUP VIDEOS MUST WATCH!
This has been going on since before 2005 but it
really started in earnest around 2005.
Trainers came out to sell training and info products
to teach people “how to generate their own leads”
and in any good positioning you create a “villain”
and a “hero.”
If the “hero” is your “how to generate your own leads”
product and training, then the easiest “bad guy” to
ambush and who will NOT fight back is “buying leads.”
I do both.
I buy tons of leads (but I work them hard).
And I also generate my own leads with lots of
advertising, ezines, post cards, blogging and
other online and offline advertising and direct
response marketing.
And since people see that I do and that I promote
both methods, they ask me all the time if buying
leads is really as terrible as the “gurus” say it is.
And so, here’s my actual response to that question:

Marketing is a crazy world man.
What you often hear is not always
reality but always a sales pitch.
The main reason so many “trainers”
have repeated over and over
“not to buy leads” since Mike Dillard
started doing it in his funnel in 2005
is because THEY HAVE TO SAY THAT
bro… they are selling training to
“generate your own leads”…
In copywriting and marketing strategies
you always have to position your “solution”
as “beating up some villain” and when
you’re selling training and info products
the best villain that won’t fight you back
is “buying leads” so it’s an easy story
to sell.
But then we look at reality:
Reality is, people buy up all the training
on “how to generate your own leads”
but most people don’t do it because
they don’t “have the money” to do the
advertising ($2500 solo ads, Facebook PPC,
$500 Ezines, $600 post card campaigns,
$1500 CPA Offer Media Buys etc)…
If people don’t have the money to
“generate their own leads” by advertising
then what’s the difference with just buying
a boatload of leads of actually calling them?
That’s actually more intelligent to do and
more doable because it’s easy to grab some
leads, get a couple scripts and dial.
Or doing a $40 voicebroadcast campaign… etc.
But remember… whether its “generating their own leads”
or buying leads and calling them, the reality is people
do NOT DO EITHER…
They are too scared to.
They procrastinate and make excuses.
They will buy the leads and buy the training
to “generate their own leads” INSTEAD OF
ACTUALLY WORKING THE LEADS or PLACING
THEIR OWN ADS enough to make either way work.
It’s called Human Nature.
So that’s the first “reality” in the game within
the game… it’s still EXPENSIVE to get leads.
And often, people do NOT know what in the world
to do with the leads when they “generate them”
and if their funnel doesn’t convert then they
complain…
Another reality:
The people that hang on facebook for hours
everyday “generating their own leads at no cost”
(time is expensive man) but still they don’t
convert MOST of those leads…
They never work ENOUGH leads to
convert any because they don’t generate
enough leads consistently using those tactics.
I use a LOT of paid advertising from post cards,
ezines, voice broadcasts and email broadcasts,
and paid media with CPA offers so I know how
much upfront $$$$ it takes to generate your own leads
and work to convert them… but I’ll tell you…
A lot of times the “quality” isn’t that much more special
than buying leads, and at the end of the day for most
advertisers I KNOW they end up paying way MORE
for the leads they pay for with advertising than just
buying a boatload of leads consistently and hitting
them with post cards, voice broadcasts and emailing.
So big Cam here’s my own bottom line man…
IT IS ALL MARKETING.
If all the “generate your own leads” tactics
were actually used and if they worked as
great as the trainers say…
MORE PEOPLE WOULD BE CRUSHING IT.
But they are not.
And if “buying leads” was really that ‘bad’
then it would be illegal already and it’s not.
I have plenty of old timers like Chuck B.
that has bought and called leads for YEARS
and happily works in the industry full time.
Another guy: Cedrick H. and Ray H.
are VERY full time leaders and they actually
buy and call leads…
So it’s all a pitch man.
They both work.
The bigger point is:
MOST PEOPLE DO NOT DO ANYTHING.
But they keep buying tons of cheap leads…
But they do not contact or work them enough…
People keep buying MILLIONS in training
stuff and launches.. .but they don’t actually
DO what the training tells them to do.
At the end of the day the marketer is
looking for:
A SYSTEM, OFFER or FUNNEL THAT CONVERTS TO MONEY FAST.
1. Daegan’s funnel converts like mad.
2. LTTW and that new funnel converts like mad.
As a marketer, you PROMOTE THE FUNNELS
THAT CONVERT because that’s your job (IF you’re
running a real business and not a “hope business”).
People that tend to look too much for
the “perfect product” and the perfect program
and all that crap… usually are the ones with
lots of “book learning” and lots of opinions
but no cash flow…
So I just learned to not get lost in
all the “perfectionist” stuff and just
sell to people what they already love to buy.

Hey Franco… How many actual sales have you made with the leads that LTTW provides? I tried them and their leads over a year ago and they stunk!
I know you must have a personal list of 50K and you are making a killing with this by simply sending it to your list… BUT very few people have a good list or really any list to market to…. that’s why this program is enticing… but what’s the reality…
The other question is how do we market to the 200,000 and 2,000 buyer leads? Does the system come with an autoresponder or mailer system to send emails to them to get them to opt-in and view the SLF presentation? Or voice broadcast? AND is that an extra cost??

But the real questions are hidden
inside the visible questions…
Questions inside of questions…
That’s how it really goes in this industry…
You have to learn to “hear” the REAL QUESTION
being asked to actually help coach and lead
people FORWARD and not let them keep
hurting themselves with delusional expectations
or wishful thinking or just lazy assumptions…
Interesting.
You hear that a lot from people who subconsciously
are expecting ANY resource to “hit home runs” for them…
Or they say, “I tried that before but it didn’t work for me…”
Yet guys like me make ANYTHING “work” for us.
That just doesn’t make sense, right?
It CAN NOT work for one person…
and then NOT work for someone else
unless there is some kind of “pilot error” right?

MOST people BOMB with this
or ANY lead resource but it’s
because they don’t operate
in a serious manner.
Their tactics are lousy.
They never stick to it.
They “try” it and if the
leads are “lousy” they quit trying.
Yet, guys like me roll in and we
wrestle with this resources UNTIL
WE GET THEM TO PAY.
Big difference.
My list IS XXL large Joe, but
where do you think it was built from?
I do EVERYTHING.
I’ve been using Tim’s leads since
he released the program almost 2-3
years ago and I use ALL KINDS of methods
to communicate with them…
1. Email
2. Voice Broadcast
3. Post Card
4. Dial n Ditch Method
I do everything possible to
try and filter in the few that
are actually interested from
that pile.
But here’s the thing…
The SAME thing people are doing
right now with “facebook” or ezines,
or traffic exchanges. post cards or
any other way that they are fumbling
around with trying to get some leads…
MOST of the time, it’s their method
that is faulty… not the “lead” itself.
So for some people (like me) I’d
be way more interested in wrestling
with the actual PROCESS and testing
and tweaking it… from the offers all
the way down…
But knowing I at least have leads
to work with…
When everybody else is out there
screwing around online trying to
“generate their own lead” and failing
at that too…
So I NEVER look at it as:
“Are these good leads?”
Because hanging out with millions
on facebook, people can say the same
thing… “lousy leads” and “they don’t work”…
It’s in the process and in the persistence
of the marketer.
Most people just SAY that they “tried them
and they didn’t work” because they didn’t
get rich in a month making one phone call
or blasting one email.
Most people don’t ever work them ENOUGH
to even have any data to judge and when
they do… they never consider the fact
that they process, their approach and their
ad actually is more lousy than the lead.
An your other point too… about people
with “big lists” making all the money in
this LTTW offer…
Robert… really, and I say this with a smile.
Isn’t this the same NO MATTER WHAT
OFFER IS OUT THERE?
There are PROFESSIONAL direct
sales people out there who have had
the skills to build their own large lists
and they are pitching some fruit juice
in a MLM…
You can say the SAME THING about
them… “Sure it works for THEM because
they have a big list… etc etc, but they are
just enticing the little guy…”
The WHOLE point is to elevate your
skills so that YOU CAN build a big list
and have more success in the industry
with ANY OFFER…
That’s the whole point.
Market better…
Build a bigger list…
Get better at marketing to that list…
Make more money…
It’s NOT your responsibility
to STAY at the level of the clueless
newbie… we were all there… some
of us actually take this serious and
increase our skills….
So it’s IMPOSSIBLE and not really
realistic to assume that you have to
only market in ways where the new
inexperienced and non skilled new
person HAS TO succeed just like you
too…
It’s ALWAYS going to take them
some time to:
1. Decide to take this industry seriously.
2. PRACTICE enough to actually get better.
MOST don’t do either one.
MOST just are looking for a way to “get rich”
easy and fast without doing anything.
I can go on and on man…
I’ve heard all this for over a decade.
The bottom line is that LTTW leads
have actually been a big source of
WHY I have such a big list today anyway!!!
That’s been a part of my arsenal for
over a couple years.
I send post cards…
I send voice broadcasts…
I send emails…
I use a “dial n ditch” method…
I use sizzle line voicemail boxes…
AND YES…
MOST other tools cost money.
You need tools to market.
You need tools to build a patio…
You don’t go to home depot and get the hammer and nails free…
Why people expect EVERYTHING here
to all of a sudden be free is delusional…
haha
But it’s the way it is for many people…
But look… as an entrepreneur…
In most of these cases, you DO buy
additional tools but…
You pay for them ONE TIME…
You use them as long as you don’t quit…
AND
Most come with referral comp plans
so you can monetize them and make them
profit streams too…
So…
YES of course this and any other good
tool costs money and it depends what
the marketer wants to do with that resource…
They may only need to pick up the phone
for an hour a day and call them. Period.
And generate a sale or two…
Then add some simple post cards…
Make a couple more sales…
Add a voice broadcaster…
Get some more sales…
And actually BUILD THEIR BUSINESS
like a real entrepreneur growing as they
get better…
That’s the productive mindset to have.
But anyways…
