POSER: Martin Shkreli Karma – Posed as Financial Genius Nothing But a Small Time Manipulator
Authorities say Martin Shkreli was nothing like the stock market genius and savvy entrepreneur that he had portrayed.
Martin Shkreli told investors that his hedge fund had an auditor, that it had posted a 36% return since its inception, and that it had $35 million in assets under management.
None of it was true, federal authorities say.
Ever since he got famous for insidiously jacking up the price of a life saving drug for HIV patients from $13.50 to $750 per pill, and had bragged about his interest in hip hop music and potentially creating his own rap and promoting other hip hop artists, significant amounts of rappers in that community have been kissing this guy’s butt and justifying about any arrogant statement he’s made or tweet he’s posted.
The truth is, he’s always been nothing but a small time poser manipulating everyone around him with the “boy genius” narrative.
