I was taught to THINK and DO “outside the box”

There were a lot of “slicker” cats that
came through the past 9 years and many
of them were WAY smarter than me…
They were WAY more technically proficient…
Some even had degrees (ooooooh)…
(I usually don’t say anything about my
degree because I like to hang out and
be the “street-smart military bloke” while they try
to impress me with their “learned-ness”
from the “system” they also got indoctrinated
in…)
So many “goo-roos” and big shots
have folded up their tents and gone
into hibernation, gotten jobs, or have
become (broke) “generic trainers” and
they have to get up every day and go
hunt, hunt, hunt…
I’ve been fortunate (blessed) enough to
learn from master teachers (real teachers)
where the true long term MAGIC lies in
this industry…
Take notes here really closely!!!!
Most people (playing on facebook + twitter)…
Most people (”wheel spinning” on the internet) are dilusional.
Seriously (and I don’t care if I mis-spelled that)
lol
They are.
Completely dilusional. Insane. NOT all there.
Maybe just a can shy of a six pack…
They sit (miserable + mesmerized) in front
of the computer looking, hunting, and
buying all kinds of magic tricks… goo-roos,
coaching, systems, programs etc…
Always being the INFLUENCED
never BE-ing the INFLUENCE…
Standing on the wrong the side of
the cash register CONSTANTLY…
NECK DEEP IN DEBT.
And all the while, the REAL “code”
is hidden from them in plain sight, dancing
right in front of their negative attitudes…
(having no concept of a real business model
that would not be laughed at by real entreneurs)
They continue to hump and hustle
“fast money biz ops” and “comp plans”
and “automated systems” and “gurus”
STRESSED to the max.
Saying that “this time” they’re serious…
But they keep ignoring where the
real solutions lie. They keep looking
for others that they can hang THEIR
responsibility on…
Failing to realize that no “system”
or “widget” or “comp plan” is going
to help them change the HABITS
that got them in this situation to
begin with…

We are a PRODUCT of our HABITS.
And most people have built up
their habits through YEARS of
practice. You simply can NOT
sanely expect one little internet
“system” or “comp plan” to
beat your habits…
Your habits (20 years? 30 years?)
have been practiced DAILY all this
time with DOGGED determination
and psychotic focus…
Those darn habits are BUFFED OUT
my friend… NO fast money sales pitch
is going to take their place for long…
(secret right there)
And so…
They continue to look for that magic
online slot machine at the end of the
“just one can shy of a six pack” rainbow…
And they’re looking for “without lifting a finger”
type garbage… and they BLOW TIME and $$$.
If they’d only actually re-focus on the
real issue… they’d save so much time
and $$$ and get on the fast track to where
they really want to go.
Once I focused on the content, information
and model that leads to RETENTION…
I started experiencing just how HIGH
the life time value of each subscriber
on my list really is.
People aren’t stupid.
It’s not 2006 anymore.
You can’t just slap some sexy comp plan
in front of people and sit back and cash
checks. They had NEVER seen that stuff
before, so it “converted” for a while.
Then reality came back.
And all that garbage implodes fast now.
Your goo-roo can’t save you either with
the worn out “automated system” pitches…
IT IS NOT 2006 ANY MORE!
People demand, expect and deserve
a REAL experience – or POOF!
Broke man walking.
People have gone through those lies
and they KNOW that NOTHING is
“automated” – the ONLY thing that
becomes “automated” chasing fast
sexy comp plans, goo-roos and “systems”…
The only automated thing about all that…
Is the automated way your credit card
companies keep charging you interest
on your mistakes (oops)
Value in this business comes from RETENTION.

How are you attracting good caliber people?

What type of content or ads are building your list?
Question:
How do you RETAIN and keep good people paying
attention to you and what you have to share???
How do you keep a fired up team on your team

If I was born with any kind of “gift”

4. Recommended Programs – or Info Product Packages etc. Begin to invite your prospects to:
a.) Review the program you recommend or the Mindset Mastermind, or a “starter info pack” etc.
b.) Invite them to CALL or EMAIL you with questions. Proactively seek to compel THEM to approach YOU and start the DIALOGUE. “Simple Conversations turn into MONEY.”
5. F/U & Close Sales. When your MARKETING is done right, there is NEVER any need for a “hard close.” Never. No shenanigans. If they are still here at this point, simply extend your friendship and invite your new “stranger turned friend” to trust you and join you as a partner in your business. At this point – a relationship is there.
The ONLY variable is now TRUST. If you built it, you’re good – if NOT – then keep building it by delivering value and leveraging the MASTERMIND, the team COMMUNITY, and more info. You can’t win them all… but you can always keep giving value.
They may need to go on the hype fest rollercoaster and take a couple round trips inside the “Goo-Roo” circuit and blow a couple grand… they WILL come back.
They always do (or they get blown out of the industry) – be there with a warm smile and more value when they come back because when they do (and they always do) they will APPRECIATE what they could have done with you all that time.
Be PATIENT. REAL Entrepreneurs are PATIENT! LONG HAUL.
6. TRAINING. Mindset 80% – Marketing 20%. Plug your team and partners into solid MINDSET and MARKETING training. Why? This is the ONLY way you’ll build passive and residual income.
The ONLY thing that can help you with the monster of “attrition” (people quitting) is a strong COMMUNITY + MASTERMIND FELLOWSHIP and GOOD TRAINING.
Once people feel that they are a BIG PART and IMPORTANT MEMBER of a LARGE MASTERMIND GROUP, it’s VERY hard for them to leave based on silly comp plan differences or new “product” on the block.
MOST people and teams NEVER pay enough attention to this wisdom and they MUST start all over and build from scratch every 90-120 days or so. NOBODY builds a solid passive or residual income with that kind of attrition.
There are VERY few teams or “systems” out there that have put this COMPLETE flow together.

I rarely would answer because often you
can’t say the right things to the wrong types anyway

people’s innate uncertainty and then catering
to their “please do it for me” side by promising
anything EASY which would include being able to
make money quickly—or as I said, easily.

I use the word “soldier” because you’ll always
fare better, long term, if you promise something
that inspires a persons FIGHT rather than

Why do you fare better long term?
Easy.
Because
As weird as it sounds, people will DO MORE
for OTHER people than often they will do
for themselves.
They’ll work doggone crazy hours, for someone else.
History shows us men and women who
clearly would stand before DEATH, for a cause,
and nation and for what?
For someone else.
So the antidote is obvious I hope, which is
to lead with something that doesn’t promise
a path of least resistance, but rather a position to uphold
and a character that must be won, and revealed, long before
a promise of gain by “money” alone.
AVON apparently does well. Billions and billions.
And not once does their literature promise, “we do it for you.”
Amway as well. Seven (7) BILLION last year and not

for what they believe in versus only those
who are willing to WATCH another man or woman
do all the grunt work?

remember that they joined in the first place!

In the end anyway.
So I ask folks to MARCH and I encourage them
to not sleep so much. I ask our community to
exhaust themselves in books and to seek to
add more discipline into their lives, before they
ask for more money.
Because we are looking for a few tough soldiers.
Not trying to build a list.
People will remember you longer and
learn to love to like you more, if you
give them a challenge, versus giving them
a path where their LABOR and SWEAT is not needed.
Or even truthfully EARNED.

helped me to NOT SCREW THIS UP and allowed
me to get people to the point where they like our

Post Cards helped me…
This is where good lead capture pages helped me…
This is where good sales/information pages helped me…
I couldn’t give a presentation to save my life…
But I KNEW I liked helping people.
And I KNEW if some people got around
the INFORMATION that compelled the heck
out of me… then SOMEONE would think
the same…
Why STUTTER… when I can give a piece
of information out…
Later it was on the internet… why?
Just leverage and low (free) cost to get

So, I’m browsing through some online
“watering holes” keeping a tab on what
people are asking, or frustrated with etc…
Why?
Because then I create simple content
that contains their SOLUTIONS inside…

And it’s funny

Sad really.
There seems like MILLIONS doing the same
things and HAPPY to be in the grips of all kinds
of “stuff” that will NEVER help them grow what
they “claim” they are growing – their “bizness” (yeah, right!)
Time after time I see people talking about “launches”
and “formulas” and “goo-roos” and then it hit me right
on the nose with one person’s statement (death wish)…
She stated that she was “hooked” on watching the “soap opera”
of the internet launch “goo-roos” and was entertained by them
and liked to see what they were doing, how they were growing
and who else was jumping on their band wagon…
etc…
etc…
(yawn)
etc…
THEN came the BOMB!!!!
(this one shocked the hell out of me)
She then states…
That in the “SIX ( 6 ) Y-E-A-R-S!!!!” that she has
been (quote) ” LEARNING ” (unquote) how to
market online…
She has “learned so much” and now she…
is
“READY”
To FINALLY put this knowledge into action…..
(eyes wide open, jaw on floor… STUNNED!!!!)
My Fellow Soldier, did you know that 6 years is
MORE THAN A HALF OF A WHOLE DECADE!!?????
I mean…
Can you see the “issue”???
There are MILLIONS of people with this
mindset and it’s pretty pathetic man…
I bet she “knows all about” google algorithms,
and pay-per-click set up campaign process, and
she can probably “analyze a niche” like nobody’s
business… WOW – what a KNOWLEDGABLE gal…

CRITICAL thing to generating business…
SPECIALLY IN THE
NETWORK MARKETING arena

NO
It’s not working on your “brand”
It’s not “blogging” (anybody home?)
The ONLY thing that gets the
cash register to sing is…
1. Getting to KNOW and FEEL people…
2. Getting those people to your
sales information and collecting a decision, PERIOD.

The fact is that people use all that
other junk to GIVE THEMSELVES
AN EXCUSE NOT TO ACTUALLY
DO BUSINESS.

MARINE like me was able to actually
turn a laptop and cell phone into an
ATM $$$ MACHINE is because I learned
from some common sense and POWERFUL
people that there are two and ONLY two
types of people in business…
1. Consumers
2. People who make consumers BUY from them.
That’s it.
Only two sides of the cash register
to be on…
1. The side where money flows away from you.
2. The side where money flows TO YOU…
And you MUST decide which side
of it you want to ultimately be on.

Look Champion, let me put this another
way and REALLY save you time and $$$$…

And you will influence people to build your dreams.

But Life. It is….
Most people are wired (programmed) deep
in their brains to feel GUILTY being anything
EXCEPT the sheep who is always on the consuming end…
Only a few have been taught that this
is all a game… and that THEY CAN BE
the INFLUENCE and stand on the receiving
end of the cash register.
And those people learn to join or form mastermind
groups and share knowledge and ACTION STEPS
with other like minded people (think about your goo-roo)
Did you see how it’s not just ONE “goo-roo” selling
you stuff every month? It’s now their buddies too! Like
a group of 4-6 of them and they trade you off all the time
and they have leveraged the fact that you are already
ADDICTED to reality TV etc… so they create their own
STORY and sell it to you…
And you buy.
Never sell.
Bottom Line:
It’s simple to build a profit pulling operation
from home. It really is.
It’s as simple as this process:
1. Get around people who already agree that
it’s a good idea to make some money from home…
2. Get a simple ad in front of them. Let them know
you’ve got a way to do that and it’s simple and fun.
3. Tell them your story. Show them who you are and
what you stand for. Share with them your vision of
why you’re doing this and how you’re saving the world.
4. Invite them to your presentation.
5. Follow up and collect a decision.
That’s it!
No blogs, algorithms, articles, facebook strategy,
“branding” or “funnel” crap needed.
All that stuff basically takes the time of
people who are in FEAR (F-E-A-R) of
communicating with people.
It’s a PACIFIER.
To most people.
Take care of the ROOT cause of that
FEAR…

1. Join or Create a Mastermind group

2. Develop a DEFINITE CHIEF AIM.
