CONSISTENCY is profitable. This is a 2008 Training Video I Did On Exactly How I Built A Full Time Home Based Business. This is STILL the way I maintain a full time business from home. CONSISTENCY is profitable. So is FOCUS. This is how I did it and still do it:

When you keep your overall methods simple to duplicate and leverage, you will help other people close more sales. This creates passive and residual income.

FOCUS: Keep the methods simple.

FOCUS: I’m only looking for people who are interested in making money from home, period. In the beginning this is the easiest way to find responsive people.

Later, as your skills grow you’ll have built the SELF CONFIDENCE and the COMMUNICATION SKILLS and the TOUGH SKIN to approach FRIENDS and FAMILY and STRANGERS off the street with your message and invite.

But in the beginning… my approach can help you stay in the game and motivated as you build your MINDSET and MARKETING skills. Hope this will help you NOT mis-understand this training.

(but some “goo-roo” will still find something to bash and scare you away with – think about this approach yourself and use your own best judgement. All “goo-roos” eventually have an agenda that suits THEM and something they want to sell you – sometimes selling you “FEAR” is profitable for them… things that make you go “hmmm”)

The Basic Formula:

1. Build a List.

2. Build a Relationship with That List

3. Market to that list.

The Process:

1. Direct Response Ads + PRESENCE in your niche.
Be everywhere at ALL times + Post Direct Response Ads.

2. Lead Capture Page with your own Autoresponder. Offering Mindset + Marketing Training tips and info for free. Capture leads and build your list.

3. My Story Page. Your STORY/NARRATIVE can be a GOLD MINE once you learn the “Alpha Code” method of leveraging your story to create relationships of trust. Audios, MP3s, PDFs, Booklets, Conference Calls, Webinars, Training Videos, Emails – ALL this put together in a SYMPHONY of information and relevant content given to your prospects will help them see a FULL multi media, multi sensory follow up information campaign that SCREAMS:

I KNOW WHAT I’M DOING AND I CAN HELP YOU SUCCEED HERE! To your prospects.

They will embed their imagination to the proccess and subconsciously they will take OWNERSHIP of this process and imagine what life can be like when THEY own it.

The longer you extend the sales cycle (not shorten it with hype – EXTEND IT with LOVERAGE) the more money you will make.

Because your competition are AMATEURS and the LAST thing they have is the PATIENCE to E-X-T-E-N-D the sales cycle… they are chasing fast bucks and burning their prospects out… If you do the OPPOSITE as the herd – you will have a bigger ranch, period.

4. Recommended Programs – or Info Product Packages etc. Begin to invite your prospects to:

a.) Review the program you recommend or the Mindset Mastermind, or a “starter info pack” etc.

b.) Invite them to CALL or EMAIL you with questions. Proactively seek to compel THEM to approach YOU and start the DIALOGUE. “Simple Conversations turn into MONEY.”

5. F/U & Close Sales. When your MARKETING is done right, there is NEVER any need for a “hard close.” Never. No shenanigans. If they are still here at this point, simply extend your friendship and invite your new “stranger turned friend” to trust you and join you as a partner in your business. At this point – a relationship is there.

The ONLY variable is now TRUST. If you built it, you’re good – if NOT – then keep building it by delivering value and leveraging the MASTERMIND, the team COMMUNITY, and more info. You can’t win them all… but you can always keep giving value.

They may need to go on the hype fest rollercoaster and take a couple round trips inside the “Goo-Roo” circuit and blow a couple grand… they WILL come back.

They always do (or they get blown out of the industry) – be there with a warm smile and more value when they come back because when they do (and they always do) they will APPRECIATE what they could have done with you all that time.

Be PATIENT. REAL Entrepreneurs are PATIENT! LONG HAUL.

6. TRAINING. Mindset 80% – Marketing 20%. Plug your team and partners into solid MINDSET and MARKETING training. Why? This is the ONLY way you’ll build passive and residual income.

The ONLY thing that can help you with the monster of “attrition” (people quitting) is a strong COMMUNITY + MASTERMIND FELLOWSHIP and GOOD TRAINING.

Once people feel that they are a BIG PART and IMPORTANT MEMBER of a LARGE MASTERMIND GROUP, it’s VERY hard for them to leave based on silly comp plan differences or new “product” on the block.

MOST people and teams NEVER pay enough attention to this wisdom and they MUST start all over and build from scratch every 90-120 days or so. NOBODY builds a solid passive or residual income with that kind of attrition.

There are VERY few teams or “systems” out there that have put this COMPLETE flow together.

Most are good and focus on ONE or TWO components (for fast money) but they NEVER really help anyone build their “primary” and are just “affiliate sales machines” and leave retention, training and network marketing building processes FULL OF HOLES.

You subconscious finally believed you wanted to find
this, that it WAS out there somewhere… and you were
led here, period. It works funny like that. You did it.

I’ve kept my whole approach simple all these years.

You learn it’s all about connecting with people.
It’s not really about any tactic or widget. Those
are simply tools you use when they serve you.

At the end of the day, it’s you, your message
and your connection to others that really is the
“marketing system” – and so…

You just lay out a “Mechanism” as Joe calls it,
where people find your information and piece
by piece as they learn more about it, you earn
more too… and then they choose to “vote” for
you through their purchases.

They then learn to operate the same philosophy.

It’s a little deeper level in the thinking department.

But as you can see… the mechanics once you
“get this” are not all that difficult, which is key.

Duplication.

It’s NOT about recruiting…
There’s a thousand books you can
read for free at Barnes & Noble on
how to “recruit” and “get people.”

The game is RETENTION.

How do you keep your crew?

Retention is all about relevance
and relationships. So we use written
pieces, audios, manuscripts, conference calls,
videos, personal phone consults, hanging out
(Wisdom Mystery School) and masterminding…

The crew who masterminds, parties and eats
together… retains their crews and earns together.
